Welcome to Travel Arbitration for Holidaymakers
Travel Arbitration is the UK’s leading arbitration scheme for disputes between holidaymakers and travel companies. It facilitates the resolution of disputes between:
- holidaymakers and members of ABTA, The Travel Association
- holidaymakers and Love Holidays
- holidaymakers and On the Beach including Sunshine Holidays
- holidaymakers and Southall Travel and their associated brands
- holidaymakers and The Thinking Traveller
Access to the scheme is only available to those who have first complained to the travel company. In the case of an ABTA member you must also complete the ABTA complaints process.
Our role is to provide arbitration services once complaints processes have been completed and arbitration details are issued by the relevant travel companies and not by us. Our role only begins when we receive a properly completed application for arbitration. We do not issue application forms and we cannot get involved in a complaint. We are the final stop and provide independent arbitration.
